I have a 1989 Dodge Ram 50. I was thinking of running seafoam through it, but I haven't seen anything on how to add the seafoam to the crank case (oil) Has anyone done this, and have any advise?

The can should tell you the amount to add. Either for a good cleaning or long term cleaning. I use it all the time. Just pour in where you add your oil. If you go for a good cleaning method (about half a can or so) I would only let motor idle (thirty minutes or so) then change oil and filter.
