Where do I find fuel relay and fuse on a dodge 1987 D150

Changed fuel pump and still won't start, no fuel coming out of new pump?

under the hood in a fuse box, Well its good to have a new pump anyway, turn key on ,listen for 4 second pump running in tank, turn key off ,back on listen again ck. enough fuel in tank,,,,,,find that relay, disconnect the battery for a minute or two just for something and rehook , oh, the dodge ASD automatic shut down relay maybe the battery disconnect and reconnect will fix this
