Is there any way to connect the truck to the 30-30 the buyer got when the truck was
first bought.Matching numbers or something?

they gave a 30-30 winchester rifle away with the purchase of a 1984 dodge ram marksman.is there any way to know which gun was given to which truck buyer.did the vin# on the truck match the ID #on the gun or is there any way to tell which gun was givin to the original buyer of my truck?

no,only way is to find the original owner,guns have their own seiral#.

There should be something on the box where the dealership told the gun dealer the buyer of the vehicle and if the owner had the truck they had the gun so it should be on there. Mine has written on it save for *** anD there is no connection between my rifle and my truck and its only been in the family

When the buyer purchased the truck, he was given a certificate. That was mailed into Winchester, and they sent him a gun. There is no paperwork connection to the truck’s serial number.
