How do I install an engine block heater to my 1978 Dodge Colt?

My car is very cold blooded, It takes about 40 minutes to warm up enough to take foot off gas pedal. I'm wanting to install an engine block heater to it but not sure where it goes. Please Help!

you knock out a frezz plug and put it in their this is a plug in feature have to be close to a plug in or use extition cord.

i have 77 colt most had carb that ran coolant through them a form of choke heater???check into that possibility
