Mercedes C180 Kompressor 03

Why does my car engine shaking when the car is in idle (when the car stands
still) and around 15 seconds it becomes normal again and when I drive with
gear 4 & 5 my engine start to shaking again without reason. I have tied to
clean the spark plugs too but haven't made the car better.
Anyone who could help me please

Try a tuneup and filter change. Also use some fuel injector cleaner. Is the check engine light on?

Get the codes read. That light is there to tell you there is something wrong.
