My volvo 2002 S60 awd turbo has oil leaks in to the water coolant bottle

most likely a blown head gasket. if not the problem is much worse like a cracked head or block. Has it overheated that you have known about? does your oil look thicker or milky?
It over heated then apperantly hlthey changed the radiator the also the oil in the the coolant bottle l99ks milky
Yeah I bet that when it overheated it blew your head gasket. That gasket separates your head from your block which your oil and coolant both run through when they mix it is because that gasket is blown, You need to make sure however if the gasket is blown you make sure that your block and head are to spec because if they warped from the heat your gasket will blow again or worse crack your block or head and your looking at alot more money to fix. If the blocks cracked your motors basically shot. Luckily if you havnt been driving it and it hasnt overheated much it could be as simple as replacing the gasket and getting the head and block smoothed flat back to factory specs bolt it back together and your off. However if your are doing this yourself you need to replace any gaskets you open which would be like the valve cover gasket, to get to your head bolts, and it is highly recommended that you replaced the head bolts whenever you open up that gap between the block and head because the bolts could be effected by the heat as well but I've seen people get away without replacing them but I recommend you do

You definitely DO NOT want to drive it in the milky oil/coolant condition because if its in your coolant its most likely in your oil too. coolant + oil + + bearings & moving metal parts can = HUGE internal problems if you run that engine you could go from a $200-500 fix to a $3,000 fix VERY fast if you run that engine.
No your turbo should be fine
the turbos just recycle and condense air to pack more oxygen into your combustion chamber, oil and coolant wont effect your turbos them selves they just significantly help your engine handle the extra heat produced from the bigger explosions in your combustion chamber from the air your turbo packs in there
The engine oil cap and the inside i checked and it looks fine no mixture of water and oil it only feels oilly
Your welcome just make sure everything is to spec i made that mistake a long time ago and it put a big dent in my wallet because i blew 2 head gaskets and after the second my internals went with it,,,,i ended spending 10 times as much if i would have double checked and made sure it was all back to spec.
