hi,.i have a 2003 xc 70,.right side parking lights fuse keeps blowing it controls the tag light also,.,.fuse # 31,.,.where do i start looking to fix this problem

the fuse was blowing out if i got on rough roads,.,.but now it blows out when the lights
come on,.,.is this a problem u have heard of?,.,.i dont know where to start looking for the
short,.,.thanks

ok i found my problem,.,.should have checked the rear hatch left side hinge first,.,.all the wires to the hatch and the right side running lights run along that hinge,.,.and a few of them were broken,.,.problem fixed,.,.,.,.
