My 2001 Cabrio won't start

If you pop start it, it cranks right up. We put in a new clutch neutral switch and a new ignition switch so far nothing. Any ideas...

I had the exact same problem. Found a loose negative battery connection. Tightened the connection and problem solved. Hope this helps.
