how do you disconnect the alarm

I do not have the remote for the vehicle and the key won't turn anymore to unlock the vehicle- there is no resistence in the door anymore so the car is stuck in the lock/ alarm mode.  every time you open the door- the alarm goes off.  i need to disconnect the alarm at least until i can figure out the problem and have it fixed.

These cars are wired to make it difficult to turn off the alarm if you don't have the key and you don't have the remote to unlock the alarm. You will need to contact AAA or similar to work this one out.
