driver and front passenger window went out at the same time I checked every
fuse in the car, all i hear is a clicking in the motor when i try to roll the windows
down, so what could it be?

You really need to pull the door panels and use a multi tester to see what has power ground and what don't . There are probably modules involved ( $$ ) , or maybe a loose wire , For both at the same time is unusual , probably related some how ?
