Will my compressor being out of my car damage the engine in any way or break my vehicle down in any way?

Are you asking about the air conditioning compressor or the air shock compressor? Not having a A/C compressor won't damage anything. Not having a air shock compressor would allow the rear of the car to be lower when fully loaded.

what kind of compressor are we talking, A/C compressor, air suspension compressor, or a compressor as a turbo turbo is somethimes refered to?
