door lights stay on even with vehicle is started.

we have turned the lights switch by the sunroof from door to off they also stay on when the
doors are closed and the car is running we took the door bulbs out so they don't drain the
battery how do we fix this its nice when your lights come on/off when you open/close your
doors.

the problem is most likely the switch on the door that pushes in when the door is closed. replace it.
