2006 Lincoln zephyr won't start  replaced battery.  
some functions (lights) workable since new battery  .  
Would like to test relays and fuses, but not sure how to.  
Car won't turn over. Car is stuck in park and key wont
always turn.  Need schematic

I would start with battery cables and contact area between cables and battery. Make sure there is no corrosion preventing good contact between cables and battery. Then you may pop open fuse panel and check for bad fuse. I think your car has panel Under steering column (near drivers feet and one in the engine bay. Dome light, back lighting and such functions are controlled out of this box. Locate your Fues pulling tool and use owner manual to indicate which fuses control which functions

The anti theft may have activated on it,low battery amperage and or changing of a battery will cause this,the key may have to be reprogrammed to the car,s PCM.

It not saying nothing.at all but a red light. keep. jump on and off

HOW DO I CHECK THE PCM IN LINCOLN ZEPHYR NO POWER GOING TO COIL 6??

There is a switch on the brake pedal itself. That can come loose. Make sure everything is tight and you may need to replace.
