We took our car to NTB and per previous comments left the car running for 15 minutes.... we are fighting to get them to fix our car.... I have furnished pics and reports and still fighting..... They are saying that this may or may not have ruptured air strut........ they had also twisted off oil filter adapter from block and tried to tell me that we had a special male connection on our oil filter.... a total nightmare....
