Plz answer its critical

Ok my truck was recently stolen and
wrecked. Since i had spent 4 days fixxing
frame and the front clip and getting
radiators. However i have not been able to
get the rotors, calibers, and brakes due too
the fact that i have been having to pay my
youngest sons hospital bill i was lucky and
had most the parts from the upgrades i did
over 6 year period but like i said my son was
in a bad accident on his dirtbike and has
been in the hospital for past 4 weeks i have
been having to downshift and throw in
neutral and use my emergency brake.
However my emergency is out and i have to
wrk or im afraid they will not give my son the
proper care what all parts can i damage
other than the u joints in the 400 turbo
transmision i have i know quite a bit about
machanics but have still alot to learn so plz
someone help answer this because it
depends on my sons medical care because
ill drive that truck into the ground for my son
but would prefer not to also if someone
could inform me of a place that might help a
bit getting rotors brakes and calibers for the
front it would be much obliged because all
the church's her in odessa tx refuse to help

ok well, your plea from charity aside, if you keep driving a truck with no brakes, to the point you have to shift into neutral and thrown the emergency brakes on, you are going to put yourself or someone else in the hospital all over again. It doesn't matter how desperate you are, you should never drive a vehicle that is this big a safety menace.
