I just bought a '91 CrwnVic. 40t total kms. missing manuals/specs. specially for the engine. (Oil Grd.trans fluid type etc. thnx.

oil 10 w 30 or 40,plug gap,0.55,trans fluid type F,it will tell on dipstick.oil would be your choice,I would use motorcraft oil and filters.
