bogs out when I try to accelerate

When I step on
the pedal it's like
it's not getting
any gas but once
I get past a
certain point it
already back up

its not a f250 it a big ass 40 foot RV. with a FORD 460 7.2 litter I believe. flat spit in the bottom of the peddle.
