I have a 1999 f-350 ford deisel power stroke, my dash lights don't work, how do i fix them?

Thank you for answering, yes, I have checked all of the above. I have replaced all fuses, put in new headlight and dimmer switch, and replaced the dash panel lights. I still have no dash-lights or no tail-lights. I do have head-lights, hazard lights, brake lights, signals. Do you have any idea why I wouldn't have tail-lights or dash-lights since my head-lights do work?
