Ok I've been on here a few times about my 99 f250 super duty and the starting issue I have. I have changed the key tumbler, ignition switch, and starter cylinoide on the fender And it still nothing.

I do not know for sure, but you may want to check to see that it is properly grounded, or if the Transmission is going all the way into the park or neutral positions. I am just guessing here good luck.
