When engine cold won't shift as soon as it warms up shift great (automatic)

It will shift cold if you play with the fuel pedal and play with the rpm of the engine put it
shift hard

Have you checked the fluid level of the transmission?

Yes do as,transam said,and if it is ok,it sound,s like tranny pump may be going bad,
