I have a 1995 Dodge ram 1500 it's running weird

My truck has been running weird lately.  When I'm
going slow through town it's sputters.  When I hit
about 50 55 it feels like it's got an engine miss.  It's
not as powerful as an engine miss though.  When I
bought the truck it needed a tune up bad and had
an engine miss.  It was much note powerful. This
was 9- 10 months ago I replaces plugs wires
rotary cap and air filter.  Recently I check my cad.  
It's already been hollowed out.  Cut the muffler off
so it's not a clogged muffler. I have out a new
exhaust on now.  I don't know what to do.  Can
anyone help me out?
