1997 Dodge ram 150 van

so i replaced the hole engine 5.7 and i put a new one in before the old motor
was took out the van started and everything now that i replaced the tranny
and  motor the van just cranks but has no injector pullse and just cranks but
wont  start  any ideas i have change and duble checked distributer and firring
sequence  and still no luck it has most of the motor components  are new
what can be my issue or problem

Security system is full active, the owners manual should have the disarm procedure listed for your vehicle.
