Engine and tranny swap

I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 I recently
purchased a motor only to find out it was out of
a1994 Dodge Ram with a 360 I’m thinking I would
have to have the 46 rh transmission what do I do
about the computer box

You will need to get a new computer ! (ECM)

Will I have to change the wiring or just by plug n play because the 98 Dodge has a three connectors where 1994 computer box looks to have one connector
