1998 intake/check engine

Just replaced my intake manifold and plenum
gasket in my 98 ram 1500. Now my check engine
light is on?

Why not? Have it read for codes, even if the check engine light is NOT on the computer will have stored information and codes. Discount auto stores will read codes for no fee. write them down.
