1999 Dodge 1500 Won't start

1999 Dodge Ram 1500 won't start. It cranks but it won't start. Ran just fine
last night, went to start it and won't start. Not sure what to do.

By checking fuel and spark I mean locate the fuel pump test fitting depress the schraeder valve, does gas come out? If yes o.k. Next remove a spark plug wire, insert a screwdriver into the boot, have someone crank the engine does it spark? If yes o.k. One or the other won't be there.
