2002 dodge 4.7L v8

I replaced the ground wire and got new terminals
go to start it. All dash lights come on but when I
turn the key I get one single click

It sounds like your new terminals might not be on tight enough. Are the posts on the battery really clean? Either top posts or side posts, you need to make sure there is no corrosion present , ( white or greenish colored stuff ). If there is , you can get battery terminal cleaner or just use a little baking soda and water and it will bubble it away. But make sure to rinse it all off when its done working. Use plenty of water to rinse it off. Check your battery as well with an ohm meter. It should have at least 12 volts.
