Help me plz

I have a 02 Dodge Ram 1500 slt and when
I drive it past 10 to 15 mph all 4 wheels are
locking up. I've locked at the brakes there
fine I took apart the differential no missing
teeth or worn out gears. Also removed the
drive shaft and there's no bends or dents,
in the process of checking the shift
solenoid if anyone has any thoughts to
help I'll take anything at the moment

If the brake fluid level in the master cylinder is over the full line, this would cause the brakes to lock up. The brake fluid heats up and there is no expansion room for the fluid.

I had a master cylinder once that locked up my brakes, trying to get to work. I could manually bleed the pressure off and continue driving until the brakes would slowly get tighter & tighter until locked up again. It was my master cylinder. Remember when replacing it if you new one comes with a bench bleed procedure to follow it before mounting or ask if it needs bench bleed before installing it.

Ok here's what it's doing now after dropping the transmission pan and testing the shift solenoid its working as it should and putting it back together I jacked the read up and I got it up to 45 mph but when I dropped it back down and took it for a test run it got up to 25 mph and started locking up again taking apart the master cylinder today see where that gets me is there anyway to test it to see if it's bad

Not really, just replaced it, only thing you could do is when wheels are for sure locked up, turn the bleeder valves and let the pressure out, if it squirts out under a lot of pressure like if you had your foot on the brake pedal it may indicate the master is holding pressure on its own, but they can also release it on its own if its bad so hit or miss. I am sure its the original or a rebuild and time for another as they do not last too long like some parts may.

Another cause for the front brakes to lock up are the hydraulic brake hoses that run to the brake calipers. They do break down internally causing a restriction of flow of brake fluid when you take your foot off the brake pedal. The u-joints just wear out, they wouldn't lock up the drive line.

That's what I was thinking I was telling my friend we messed it whatever it was because I got up to a higher speed before it started again but we've had a lot taking apart from this truck master cylinder gonna be next to be replaced and I'll go from there done checked everything else lol

Just crack open the bleeder to see if it releases if the brake caliper is locked up, wheel don't spin freely. If it releases, then the brake hoses running to the calipers need to be changed.
