2003 dodge diesel . I changed the throttle position sensor body.. bad code on throdle sensor. Engine still won't thrdle up help

Probably a good code, what I have found is a one or two broken wires in the plug connector. Wires will break inside the insulation at the plugin. Could test with a digital multi meter to verify and then get a new connector and splice it into the existing wires.
