if this vehicle has an electronic throttle control unit - this could indicate a failure - may need a trip to the dealer or a shop capable of this this type of repair.. They're should be a break down of what this symbol means in the owners manual..

The lightning bolt signals a problem in the ETCU as TJMOOSEHEAD, stated previously. I advise getting this problem checked out immediately. These systems are designed as a triple redundant system, where a loss of one working sensor will not affect vehicle operation, loss of a second sensor will trigger the vehicle into limp mode. since one sensor failed you should expect another to fail.
