Transmission 45 RFE - Truck stopped moving - No reverse - No forward - clean fluid and levels good

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Truck quit moving while driving down freeway.  If the transmission loses
communication with the computer (TCM) does it have a fail safe mode or
does the truck just quit moving?

Have the same problem whit my 2005 one of the mechanics said that can be the torque converter ,but the other one said it might be the transmission itself ,don't know how to do a test on tbe converter ,if i got some anwers will share

I have to replace the torque converter on mine ,now is running good ,just drove for 25 minutes yesterday ,will be driving 260 miles today to see how it goes
