Find a wiring diagram, a multimeter, and a friend who knows how to use them, and start checking voltage and continuitiy at any connector you can get at to find where the problem is occurring. It is probably a wiring issue, since your bulbs, fuses, and the switch all check out. It could also be a bad blinker solenoid or possibly a relay for the brake lights.

you may find a corroded pin in the connector under the cab on the driver side.

You have a broken or coroded wire at you fuse box relay center under the hood. take your relay center out, flip it over and find the group of wires that go to your the fuse you are having a problem with. Im sorry yousaid they wont work at all. check the brake switch at the pedal. Then check your ground wires. You may even need to replace the part of one of your light that the bulbs go into.
