OK I JUST BOUGHT A USED 2005 DODGE RAM 1500 5.7 HEMI TRUCK AND FAN SEEMS LIKE IT MAKES MORE NOISE THAN IT SHOULD EVEN WHEN IT IS WARMED UP GOING 80 DOWN THE INTRESTATE IS THIS NORMAL IN DODGES???? PLEASE SOME ONE LET ME NO

hey ron if its a whinding noise it is most likely your idler pulleys. i have a 2005 dodge ram 5.7 hemi , pop the belt, one bolt for each pulley if it has two. mine had a upper and lower , easy fix. i did mine in 10 minutes or less. sound went away. it kind of sounds like its coming from the fan but, its not if you have the same problem i did. cost is about 42.00 for both with tax. good luck!!!
