Can you swap a 4.7 magnum for a 5.9 magnum and will the wire harness work

Yes, you can always swap, but wiring harnesses is a question best answered by examining wiring diagrams in a "factory" service manual, because even the year differences will effect the harness design. The ECM is another matter altogether. ECM's are designed for a specific engine/tranny config n usually don't take kindly to other configurations.
