You got a leak, water pump, was it changed? Your running low on coolant, when you put it in to fill leave the radiator cap off and the motor running so it can purge the air, top off as necessary when warm.

When Van first starts ... before it gets hot ..does it shake and run bad?

Yes the water pump was replaced today, and the lid was out when I get home and water all over the front van. But she run good before everything happens, thanks
