After a gas fill up, the dash is not working at all (gauges, miles, indicators) I checked all the fuses and are
ok, could you please help me?

suddenly it started working, but when I turn on the turn light (either left or right) or the prevention lights, all the dash goes down again... please help!

Your TIPM most likely will need to be replaced. I had this issue with my wife's 2008 T&C. Put a new one in(actually got it at ebay for about $100), and viola', all works well!
