2003 town and country van (6cyl).coolant is bubble/boiling out of radiator when warmed up.then shoots out radiator when I turn it off

You probably need to do some machinate on your cooling system. Hoses, thermostat, new coolant, engine and radiator flush and maybe a new radiator.

Maybe thermostat, and radiator cap. But the way you worded this Shaun it's like there is no cap. Do you mean it spits out the nipple under the cap that is supposed to go to overflow tank?
