06 Town and Country Cold weather starting issue

Bought the van a couple weeks ago. On two cold mornings, the van would
start and immediately die. Tried to give it gas to keep it running, but it just
ran a few seconds longer then died.
After several attempts at this, it would not turn over. A few minutes later it
started and ran fine. Has to be something electrical since it fails to turn over
at all when I have this issue, right?
It's like current is being dropped from the injectors or starter or ignition or
something.

Some of the Dodge vans had a problem with the pcm wiring harness chaffing on the transmission. It is a large harness (about 1 1/2" diameter) and it goes right over the tranny, from front to rear. What happens is, the harness is to tight and it rubs against the transmission, shorting out fuel injector signal wires. Also check the fuel pressure, check and or change the coil pack. Also may want to look at the upstream O2 Sensor

I think it be more of a WCM issue, though I'm not sure how to check it. Its like it fails to start several times then you get locked out from even attempting to start it. When it does start and run (99% of the time), there is no hesitation, missing, dragging to start, etc. It runs great. That's why I am leaning towards an intermittent electrical/security. issue. Could even be the TRS connector and I will check that when I get home. When it wouldn't turn over, I noticed there was no square around the "Park" indicator. My wife just went out and checked and there WAS a square around Park and it started right up.
