Please help.. AC wont allow freon, so I'm wanting to short out the system to

I cannot find it under the fuse box behind the Air cleaner. Is there another one. If it is part of the pcm then you are telling me it cannot be replaced without replacing the PCM? So the AC clutch burns out like a typical AC clutch will do and the PCM is toast? Help me understand. Car runs great otherwise.

I am seeing that the relay is fed by a 10A fuse normally. The relay on other years has a Red and Black constant power feed wire. I should be able to tap into that wire and feed it. I will try to pop the top on the relay and manually make the contacts to see if the clutch engages. German car manufacturers customer base is wealthy people who know nothing about automobiles and don't want to know anything. They build complexity into the repair process.
