More than what the car is worth. Windshield, about $300 to $500, call satellite for a quote. Muffler, maybe $200?, depends if you need other pipes that are rusted, check in with a muffler shop. Inspection and emission, $100 depending on your state, and if it doesn't need anything, Might need tires or brakes, suspension parts, etc. Remember the car is 30 years old. Insurance prices, get some online quotes, every car, driver , state, company coverages is different.
