how to get door panel off

i have a 92 buick lesabre and i want to replace the doors speakers. i thought that you could just pop the door panel off but there seems to be hidden screws that i have no idea how to get at. help me

on my 89 riviera, i found a screw location at the interior door latch handle plastic trim. it was a TORX driver to remove. that is what held it in. there were all fasteners on the rest to pry. the speaker panels are better untouched. good luck.
