How do I purge a vapor lock in a 97 Buick Riviera supercharged vehicle

i replaced the water pump and serpentine belts on the car, but water is not getting to the engine. I am sure it is a vapor lock, but do not know how to purge it.

Take off the plastic cover over the engine. Follow the upper radiator hose to the engine (Coolant outlet). There is a bleed screw on the outlet. Open the bleed screw, and fill the radiator. You can also crack it open a little, with the engine running, to purge the air out. Follow the link for a picture. http://contentinfo.autozone.com/znetcs/product-info/en/US/cwa/815167/image/3/
