I bought a 1998 buick park av ultra have had numerous problems. But my question is)Is there a recall on it for the paint it is just peeling off terribly. I have already paid out $2200.on repairs.

after 15 years you will have a problem getting them to do anything. you will need to make sure all the clearcoat is removed before repainting. not just a sand and shoot.
