Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2002 Buick LeSabre custom, we have replaced the MFG, fuel filter, the MAF and the car still idles rough. We are wondering if it is a vacuum leak or if it could be something else. Any suggestions?
Thank you!

We just had it tested and it came up multi cylinder error and vacuum leak. What could the multicylinder error be?
