My ride starts a few seconds and shuts off again what could it be?

My moms car was running good for awhile there's aroubd
130k miles on it recently she was going down the road the
change oil light came on blinked a few times and the car
shut off. Hooked up a diagnostics to it said it was the mass
air flow so we changed it out tried to start stayed running a
few seconds and shut off after back firing...

the code tells you where the problem is not what to replace , Was it low on oil ( empty ) when she had the problem ? Clear the code and see if it'll start , see what comes up . Otherwise do a compression check or what do the plugs look like
