HELP?

When trying to start my car a few days ago it was a little sluggish starting in the
morning. As the days went on it got a little more sluggish until today when it
want even click when you turn on the ignition.  The battery cant be jumped
either.  All of the ding dings from door being opened, seat belt and radio all
work.  It doesnt even click when you try to start it.

Most newer cars will not engage the starter if the voltage is below a certain point. The older cars would give you a warning that the battery was low......they would crank slowly. As noted above, put a charger on the battery to get fully charged. It will probably start, then you need to check the condition of the battery and output of the alternator if you want it to be reliable.
