Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I got the 2006 Buick Rendezvous from an auction 2 weeks back..The "AWD disable"
indicator is always on whenever the ignition is on..Is it of any concern ,What do i
need to do about it..  The " Service Engine Soon " indicator lightens up when the key
is turned on but it goes off once the ignition is on.. Do i need to get the engine
serviced.

It has definitely been disabled. A dealer will have to see if it is damaged, or removed or if the light is just a glitch, but it should not be on.

Unless the service engine light stays lit, it is normal for it to come on when starting the car. No problem there.
