My buick rainier spudders when I turn left or right?

I put into a parking structure (circus circus) when my car started spuddering when making turns (left or right). I am 150 miles from home (live Sacramento- I'm in Reno). I don't know if its a censor or something electronic or what the problem is. No dash lights came on.
