1992 F-150 Truck will not turn over

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

truck got low on gas, jumped then would barely move. Changed spark plugs, Battery, fuel filter, was cranking but now will not even turn over & lights will not come on. Checked all Fuses & are OK.

Check the ground wire that goes to the frame of the vehicle maybe loose or corroded.

The switch we put in was bad & replaced it again, Checked the ground wire and it was Ok. Could the Bad switch cause all the problem? It was hard to get the key in & out but It did work. May the solenoid?
