Do you put transmission fluid in a pickup
truck with the clutch and if so where do you
put it?

No, you put like 80/90W grease in a manual trany. Go to the parts store and they will look up exactly what type goes in. The filler plug is on the side of the trany, fill until level with threads of plug. (until it runs out of the hole)
