Rear gas tank leaking fuel from top filler and under

How are the hoses at the filler neck? Any cracks? Bad clamp? Is the fuel running down along the outside of them making it appear to be leaking at the bottom of the tank?

I'd start by inspecting the issue rather than just throwing money and parts at car
